Oil staining and tire marks removed from concrete.
Driveways, patios, walkways, and concrete surfaces restored to a condition most owners didn't know was still possible. High-pressure cleaning for surfaces that can handle it.
Pressure washing uses water delivered at high pressure: typically 1,500 to 4,000+ PSI: to remove oil staining, tire marks, embedded algae, mildew, and years of weathering from hard surfaces. Unlike soft washing, which relies on chemistry, pressure washing relies on force: and it's the right tool when the surface can handle it.
Concrete driveways, brick patios, pavers, retaining walls, and storefront entry surfaces are all candidates for pressure washing. The results are immediate and often dramatic: a driveway that looked permanently stained can look completely different in a single visit. Most Coeur d'Alene and North Idaho property owners are surprised by how much condition was still there under the buildup.
Pressure washing is not appropriate for roofs, painted siding, wood, or fragile stone. Heritage evaluates every surface during the on-site estimate and applies the correct method. If your property needs both soft washing and pressure washing, Heritage handles both in a single visit.
Heritage doesn't pressure wash everything: we assess each surface and use the method that gets the best result without causing damage. When soft washing is the right call, we say so.
Heritage handles storefront entry washing, dumpster pad cleaning, and commercial concrete on the same schedule as residential driveways and patios. Licensed, insured, and fully documented.
Before/after photos are standard on every Heritage job: residential or commercial. Property managers, landlords, and business owners often need this for records or lease documentation.

Heritage evaluates the surface type, staining, and condition. We identify what can be pressure washed and what requires a different approach, then provide a written estimate.
We apply high-pressure water at the appropriate PSI for the surface: aggressive enough to remove staining and buildup, controlled enough not to damage the material. Pre-treatment is applied for oil or heavy staining when needed.
Before/after photos are taken. We walk the completed area with you and discuss a maintenance schedule to keep the surface in this condition going forward.
Yes. Driveways, patios, and walkways are among the most common pressure washing jobs Heritage performs across Coeur d'Alene and Kootenai County. Concrete, pavers, and brick respond well to pressure washing. Heritage evaluates the surface type during the on-site estimate and applies the appropriate PSI and technique.
Yes. Heritage handles storefront entry washing, dumpster pad and enclosure cleaning, parking area maintenance, and commercial concrete for businesses across Coeur d'Alene and North Idaho. Commercial maintenance can be scheduled monthly or quarterly through Heritage's Commercial Maintenance Program.
Heavy oil staining can be significantly improved or fully removed depending on how long it has been there and how deeply it has penetrated the concrete. Heritage uses pre-treatment degreaser on heavy staining before pressure washing, which produces better results than pressure alone. Heritage provides an honest assessment of what's likely possible during the estimate.
Pressure washing at high PSI typically strips the granules from asphalt shingles: the protective coating that determines how long a roof lasts: and can void manufacturer warranties. Soft washing is the generally recommended method for roofs. Heritage uses soft washing exclusively on all roofing surfaces.
For most North Idaho properties, driveways and patios benefit from pressure washing every 1–2 years depending on exposure, traffic, and tree cover. Commercial properties with heavy foot traffic or vehicle use may benefit from more frequent maintenance. Heritage's annual and commercial programs are designed to keep surfaces in consistently good condition.
Heritage comes to your property, walks the scope, and provides a written estimate. No obligation.
